The company engages in food and industrial packaging, construction and household decorations, electrical appliances, and telecommunications wires and cables industries. The company owns two subsidiaries—Henan Green and Zhengzhou Company. China Gerui Advanced Materials Group Limited was first set up as Golden Green Enterprises Limited and changed the name in December 2009 when traded on the OTC Bulletin Board.
